Cindy Burrell
Meet Cindy Burrell, our Founder and CEO, who has been with the company for an incredible 31 years! Growing up on a family farm in Day County, Cindy learned the value of hard work early on, and opening Midwest in the mid-1990s was a bold decision that has since proved incredibly rewarding. She loves connecting with multiple generations of local producers, a true highlight of her role.
Outside of work, Cindy enjoys traveling, volunteering, and watching her grandchildren grow. Fun fact: she loves Karaoke with her husband, Dennis—though she tends to take a more observational approach!
