We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.
Eligible Returns

Most unopened, unused items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit.

Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For the safety of all our clients and patients, certain items cannot be returned, including:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or a defective product, please let us know right away. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
