Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking number when your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Standard shipping usually arrives within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.
Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Prescription medications may have additional shipping requirements or restrictions, and will only be shipped after proper verification.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for certain oversized or regulated items.
Free Shipping

Orders over $75 may qualify for free standard shipping (before taxes and discounts).
Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days with your order number and photos if possible.

If your package is lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Order Changes or Cancellations

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please contact us right away if you need to adjust your order before it leaves our facility.
